I was very disappointed that I had to pay extra to use a gift voucher just because it was a couple of months out of date. Gift vouchers should have at least 12 months to use them

Lovely salon however, no soft music was playing nor were there any nice smellies - ie candles or oil burners, which I usually associate with a day spa. Found a used snotty tissue in the pocket of the robe which made be question the hygiene practices, then I realised that a client could have hung it back up in the changing room. Perhaps telling people to place the robe in the hamper would stop this. No product recommendations were given by my therapist, however another person in the salon gave same great advice as she happened to overhear the conversation.

It was disappointing, after notifying that I would be late for my appointment and my daughter who also had an appointment for the same time, had arrived on time, that we were both rushed through our experience. We were told there was no time to change into the robes, etc as it would take time away from our experience. I note that I was late for my appointment, however when I notified that I would be late was never informed that I wouldn't get the experience that I was entitled to. When I made the booking I was told that we would have time in the spa (complimentary) after our treatment. This was not offered to us on the day. I had booked in for a full body massage and then asked if that was what I wanted, which I confirmed as did my daughter prior to me arriving, however, I got a facial instead. The facial was lovely, but I really needed the massage as had been under a lot of stress. I guess my experience didn't meet my expectiation from an expensive Day Spa. Cheers, Helen

Little disappointed as was told we would have been given a glass of bubbles at end if treatment as we had booked a group booking but no we wee not offered anything. Friend was not told if extra charge to her treatment until paymebtbws asked . Maybe therapist was lovely however overall experience was not up to standard as expected a little disappointed sorry considering we were on a group booking and it was but felt special and all . :(

I did enjoy my time at royals it was very relaxing and very professional until my masseuse made me feel uncomfortable as she made several comments on my long top lip hair and I eyebrows. And also told me she finds it boring doing hot rock massages as she is always changes to and from rocks. She also left the door open when leaving to get the waxing machine and I heard her whispering to another masseuse which made me uncomfortable.

This is my 3rd treatment I have had and this has to be the most disappointing one. This is nothing to do with the staff member ( I don’t know her name as she did not introduce her self) that’s ok. She did everything she could but the area that we were in was not let well for what she had to do. She was in her own light and I did comment to her about this and feel that was difficult for her. The polish that she applied did not go all over my nail there was a section at the top of my big toe that just did not have any polish. The staff member was lovely and this should not reflect her attention to me. I have one more treatment left I do hope that it is as good as the other 2
