I had my eyebrows waxed and while the shape is perfect and my experience while being in the salon was good, I now have burns across both my upper eye lids. It is quite painful and looks terrible. It’s really making me hesitant about coming back to the salon and also recommending it to family and friends

All good, except waited to long for appointment, i was booked in at 10.20 and didn't get in till 10.50

Felt very relaxed. It was just what I needed! My technician massaged the tension right out of my neck, shoulders & back. Then she soaked the dirt & stress out of my day, which coincided the end of my working week. Then she painted my nails in a colour of my choosing, which today is bright & pretty (pink). Next I got my "summer glow" on!! Pretty happy with my new tan so far :)

When I was booking my appointment on the rouge website, it stated that what I was getting done would cost $11. Once I had had my appointment and went to pay it cost me $31. I didn't get anything extra than what I had booked in for.

I loved that fact that I could book a last minute appointment at your beautiful salon and that fact that I could book online was INCREDIBLE! My beauty therapist was so lovely ad did a great job. She even recommended a delicious breakfast bar that I took my family to which we enjoyed very much, so THANK YOU! She honestly deserves a pay raise x

Can I suggest that the music provided is more calming and relaxing. It was too loud and I was feeling agitated and asked for it to be lowered. Many thanks otherwise.
