when being offered styling products to buy I would like to know the cost of each upfront and not have to ask each time as this can be awkward

The price was quite steep and my haircut is uneven, did not get quoted the same price in store as I did online. Though I knew it would be higher it was quite steep for what I ended up with. Not at all similar to what I asked for. Though the colour is still nice and I’m happy with the colour, the cut is not even and one side is significantly shorter The lady who did my hair was very nice to me though, and I found all the staff to be very pleasant! I just think the overall result could have been much better for the money I paid to get it done

The venue and service was great. Unfortunately the hairdresser wasn’t so great and I had to point out multiple parts of my hair that she’d cut unevenly or roughly. She was also quite rough with my hair and pulled on it a lot - during the massage and styling especially.
