The only comment I would make, is the air conditioning was too cold, so I was freezing, as I am 80 years old and feel extremities of hot and cold quite badly I was a little bit uncomfortable, to be fair, one your nice young ladies, did offer me a warm drink, and kindly escorted me to your bathroom and waited outside to open the door for me as I am a little nervous of the door because I got locked in there one time and found it hard to attract attention

Where to start. This Salon experience is something that should highlighted in detail! Firstly, I am travelling from overseas and only trust to get my hair done within Australia, now taking a gamble on a hair salon is risky business because only having 24 hours within a city can leave little room for error. (Especially being a blonde) Everything from the telephone manner, easy to use online booking service to finally my cut and colour was amazing. Marseille, (I hope I've spelt your name correctly) your colour consultation, had you explaining your experience in hair and colour, confidants and passion for hair all in one. Terry, your attitude, positively and friendliness and desire to go that little bit further then perfect is once again drawn from passion and perfection. You both have skills and knowledge to take on hair from every angle with excitement and enuthisam. Thank you! I can't thank you lady's and your salon for your experience and hospitality and all in all my fresh hair. Thank you very much, here is hoping I'll be in the neighbourhood more regaulay because I would love to call this salon my permanent salon.
