I had a shocking experience. I booked in for a facial wax and brow tint.The skin was ripped off the inside of my nostril with much bleeding, the middle of my brow was not waxed she forgot! Too much dye was left on my brows leaving me look stupid for much of the day. No compensation was offered and I paid in full. Two days latter my nostril is still raw and bleeding.

This was not my usual relaxed treatment. I found the atmosphere intense and unrelaxed. As a result it was difficult to deal with the procedure. I would not receive treatment from this therapist again. I could not recommend this treatment if given by this therapist. I will continue to patronise this business, but with my usual therapists.

Thanks for the email survey. I actually wasn't happy with my pedicure. I understand the difference between pedietry care and a pedicure but was disappointed on the lack of time taken to clean dead skin away from toes, heals and ball of foot. My feet were in no better shape than the quick scrub I give them in the shower. Was very dispointed. I was however very happy with my consultant in her manner and kindness. The paint job was excellent!
