I have been seeing Steph for years and I couldn't' recommend her enough. She is always so considerate with both my cut or color and I have never had a bad experience. She genuinely cares for her clients and the experience they have from the moment they walk into the moment they walk out. She is a huge asset to this salon.

I actually love this salon. If I’m in Australia, I don’t go anywhere else. The staff are kind and fun, with superb cutting and coloring skills. It’s a pleasure to spend time there and the result is always fab. They seem to know what look I want and need and are at ease whether I want to work, relax or chat. Top notch salon.

I have been getting my hair cut and coloured at Raw Element for 20+ years and in all that time, I can honestly say I have never walked away disappointed. I always leave feeling great and my haircuts serve me well for months afterwards. A friend recommended Raw Element to me and I don’t hesitate to pass that recommendation on when I can.

Gemma has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years. She cuts and styles my hair excellently. Her approach to customer service is always personalised, consistent and professional.
