I have visited Raw Element for a number of years now and have found it is consistently excellent in every way. In recent years, I travel from the country to have my coloured as I know I wouldn't receive the satisfaction and high standard of quality expertise that I enjoy at Raw Element. Gemma is such an accomplished and experienced hairdresser as well as a lovely person, always the same. I highly recommend the salon and staff.

The head massage is one of the things that keeps me coming back. A couple of times I didn't get a massage and I was pretty upset. I'm not a very talkative person in a salon I like that I'm not forced to talk if I don't want to. I really appreciate that. Sometimes my appointment ends up being more expensive than expected. I would appreciate better transparency about prices and what I'm being charged for or forwarding that they're doing something that will increase my bill if I didn't ask for it.

I have been a pleased customer of this Salon for over 20 years. Jemma, my hairdresser, has been a wonder. I am 81 years old now and I always feel better when Jemma works her magic. All the staff are considerate and helpful.
