I got a massage/facial/pedicure package. It was a rough and unrelaxing experience. Minimal communication about what was happening and checking in with temperatures/firmness. The hot massage oil felt burning hot. I physically flinched and not once was I asked if the temperature was ok. The lady was nice but seemed to rush and was rough through certain parts. My hair was so knotted after, thank goodness I bought a hairbrush. I couldn't have gone shopping after otherwise. No offer of water or anything like most places do either after a treatment. The facial was so cold (I get not much can be done), but I found myself just waiting for it to be over. My skin feels no different as well.The pedicure wasn't too bad but still a bit rough. Such a disappointing experience, and the worst massage and facial I have ever had. I would never come back.
