My eyelash tint was only on for a short time....It wasn't very obvious after my treatment and seemed to disappear very quickly over the next couple of days...

Waxing not great- big patches of hair left behind (had to wax a lot off with strip wax when I got home... Not easy when pregnant!), lots of wax/sticky patches left on my legs and bikini line when I left the salon, pedicure not very thorough (really short soak in bowl of water, very short foot massage, not many products used or exfoliants etc) wasn't happy with the nail colour (asked for a nice pretty pink and got a very pale skin colour pink and was told I needed shellac because their normal nail polish took several hours to dry And if I put my shoes on it would be ruined?). Ended up being a very expensive and disappointing experience. Therapist was very friendly, nice and talkative however had only just started working in the industry a few months ago... Wasn't worth $240

When I arrived home, I noticed a lot of fine hairs that had been missed on both arms and a big patch of hairs just below the elbow. I had a half arm wax so that patch of hair should have been removed. Usually, after waxing the therapist checks my arms herself to search for stray hairs or missed hairs and often tweezes them. However, that didn’t happen today. Also, the treatment was more painful than usual, as the therapist used the same strip to remove the wax from one entire section of arm instead of folding the strip or getting a new one. The wax got stuck a few times and had to pulled two or three times to be removed. I’ve got a few patches of skin that has started to peel now also. I also think the strip wax from the machine is definitely not the best choice for arm waxing. The pot wax is much better suited to apply to the curves of the arm and that’s what the therapist has always used in the past.

I had an eyelash tint yesterday and in the dim lighting of the room it looked fine, so did my face with my under eye makeup removed. When I got home I realised that the eyelash tint was disappointing and not as good as previous ones I've had at this salon. The tips of my eyelashes aren't as 'black' as previous tints. Perhaps this is because it felt like a cloth was put over my eyes and may have removed some of the dye - not sure, but I don't feel it was worth the $26 I paid. I really feel like the lightening in the rooms is too dark for even the therapists to see what they are doing properly at times. I've had eyebrow waxes where I've gone home and found stray hairs that I have had to quickly pluck, I can only presume it's because they can't see them in the light.
