Let me start by saying I always receive very friendly and professional service when I visit my local Pure Indulgence salon. Today was the first time I felt my experience as being more than a little disruptive. I always arrange a waxing appointment followed by a facial appointment. In the past I have been able to prepare (undress) for the services and have made myself very comfortable on the salon bed. For some reason, the process has changed. I now have to partially undress for my waxing appointment with one consultant, get dressed when that job is completed, then move to another room to undress again to have my facial with another consultant. It appears the days of getting myself comfortable, in the one room, with the same consultant have now gone. The new procedures were explained to me before I left last month's appointment, and again today when I arrived for my appointment, but after experiencing these new procedures, I feel that this new arrangement is definitely NOT a change for the better.
