While I enjoyed my facial I felt the therapist assigned to me was more concerned with adding onto the facial (which I had received as a gift, and I felt was a lovely gift and opportunity to relax). By spending so much time trying to get me to add to the value, I felt it undermined the value of the gift that had been given to me (which I was more than happy with), and I felt that the therapist wasn't actually recommending things that would suit me, but rather racking her mind as to what she could add to the sale. She didn't say anything wrong, but I really do feel that when someone books in with a voucher you should realise that it's probably not something they do everyday, and try to make them feel relaxed and pampered rather than pressured to spend more money.

Booked over phone for a pedicure. Was wanting something really relaxing. Unfortunately was just booked in for a standard pedicure + foot peel. Paid the same price to basically just have my nails filed & painted as I would have to have a "luxury" treatment which has a foot peel & massage included. Feeling pretty ripped off, disappointed, unlikely to be a return customer.

For a first time customer you would think the staff would have amazing customer service this was not the case. When I arrived I wasnt acknowledged while the sff member worked her way on a computer. When I came out to leave the manager was standing at the door talking to a friend she seen me but ignored me.I would have to say there are many places to go in Toowoomba for facials the staff need to get better customer service. Its doesn't take much to acknowledge someone with a simple hello or I won't be to long at all. Very poor service I felt. I will say though the facial was lovely just no personal customer service or personal skills by anyone. I cant say I'd be back or recommend.
