Comment
I usually enjoy my waxing appointments at Pure Indulgence. However, my last two appointments haven't met the usual standard. In the past, I have been happy to pay more for their services as the ladies who work there are lovely, it is a relaxing salon, and they offer little extras that other salons don't include. My most recent appointments have not been as luxurious. While the beauticians have been lovely, their services haven't been as thorough and pleasant as I'm used to, and thus they have not been value for money.
