Had a little bit of a mix up with my appointment, as there were two people with the same name booked on the day but this was rectified straight away without a fuss. The lady I had to do my waxing was amazing. It was my first time so I was sooking and she straight away made me comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

I have been happy with Pure Indulgence services and rate my experience high. Not this time - it was disappointing - I had eyebrow wax and colour ($37). I was there about 15 minutes (not 30 minutes as advertised). Usually I get nice massage on the eyebrows, get recommended products and specials. This time it was tint and wax - painful and no soothing massage. Colour on my brows is too dark and shape not good. Unfortunately the lighting in the premises was not good so didn't see the real colour until I got home. I am not sure if I will risk of going back to Mothers Day special. I would expect same level of service each time (no short cuts like it was done with my experience today). Not sure if I come back.

Toni was amazing! She was super informative and a great sales person without being pushy. I had a peel and Toni was so upfront with what the experience was going to feel like. GREAT SERVICE!
