Comment
I was disappointed with my recent visit. I am finding that each visit is inconsistent with the previous. One of the main reasons I go to Pure Indulgence is because I enjoy the head or hand massage BUT during this visit I did not receive this, the lights were not dimmed at any time so I did not find my visit relaxing at all. I feel I could have gone to a hair salon, sat in a chair, paid less money for the same treatment. This is not the first time I have been disappointed. My visit before this one was great, the one before that disappointing, I said then that I felt it was time to go elsewhere and after this recent visit feel it is time. Also the girl told me that my eyebrows were uneven, one longer than the other. I never pluck or wax my own eyebrows, I have only ever had them done at Pure Indulgence. I have been a regular customer for quite some time now.
