I am disappointed that the therapists keep changing, I am never notified and only find out on the day of my appointment. 3 times now my appointment has been changed or cancelled without my knowledge, the salon do not seem overly concerned about this even when I produce an appointment card with the date and time. The next time my appointment or therapist is changed, will be my last visit.
