Bayley my consultant was lovely, she did a beautiful facial, she is an asset to your organisation. I think for the cost of the facial it could have lasted a little longer than it did but perhaps I'm out of touch on this matter. 45 minutes in and out I thought was quick. My face feels lovely however she did a lovely job.

Really like every relaxing, enjoyable experience I have at Pure Indulgence. All the clinicians are friendly and lovely and very knowledgable.

I had a beautiful, vibrant, young therapist who was caring and gave me a totally relaxing treatment. My skin was glowing and I felt revitalized. A big thank you, it was a lovely way to spend my Birthday!!

Time management needs to be looked at.. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 20minutes after to be treated .. If others are late they should be penalized and their time shortened not make the people after them late .. This has happened more then once it's a constant reoccurrence

I used to love going there when the staff ( good manager also) was great ans super friendly and reliable service. I'm not sure what is happening there but the staff change very frequently and you can never get the same therapist etc. Today the person on the cashier was not friendly at all, very sour indeed. I could say a lot more but I'm generally not the type that likes to critize but would like Pure Indulgence to improve and get back to what it used to be as it is closer for me there. The service is so much better at Indooroopilly and Carindale store but unfortunately more difficult for me to get there. I have not had more treatments lately as I dread who I'm going to get and the service does not draw you in to go back any time soon.
