Massage wasn't half as good as my last 1 through you guys, didn't get my quads, shins or scalp massaged as requested!!! Not to mention you guys forgot that I ordered a hot stones treatment to... Not overly impressed!!

I made the appointment for a microdermabrasion facial. The overall appointment went for an hour and I was lucky to have 5 minutes of actual microdermabrasion done and the problem areas I advised the therapist were not targeted. Very few areas on my face were done and I have no visible results from the treatment, not that I was expecting that my whole face would be clear but I could feel very little suction and in all the wrong areas. The overall facial was pleasant however not what I was after. You are then pressured into purchasing very expensive products at the end and the mood very quickly changes when you politely decline. It was nice to relax for an hour but definitely not the treatment I thought it would be. I wouldn't recommend if you are after an advanced treatment.

Overall not the best experience. Massage was very light despite me asking for it to be firmer. Wrong polish was put on my toes with no offer to redo them. The girl who did my facial today was lovely, however was sniffing and it was clear she had a cold, which wasn’t the best considering how close your staff have to be to their clients, I think if staff aren’t 100% they shouldn’t be coming to work and breathing over clients etc. Also found the lady at the front desk a bit rude, when she asked me for my voucher and I explained I gave it to them last time I was in.

I am a return client however this time I was treated by Shannon, in previous times I was treated by a blonde English girl (can’t remember her name) the treatment I received from this girl in the past was far higher quality than what I received from Shannon. Shannon did the treatment fine however did not speak to me throughout, the customer service/experience was very average and if this was my first visit I would have been likely not to return.

The product range used seemed to be lavender based which was a problem for me as I am highly allergic/sensitive to lavender. The therapist seemed to spend a long time searching for suitable products that did not have lavender. Then suggested I spend an extra $35.00 to get products without lavender, which I refused. Although she was very nice and kept saying it wasn't my fault I just didn't feel comfortable with the quality of the facial. I will say that the hot stone back therapy was fantastic one of the best I've had. I have had much nicer facials for half the price at my local salon who have an excellent lavender free range.
