My therapist was lovely but I feel that for a relaxing massage, the amount of outside noise does ruin the experience. I could hear chatting from the front desk, clients coming in and out of the main door that leads to rooms. When I get to the counter I am automatically told that I’m using a GV which I have not even disclosed . I am fortunate enough to receive GV and I do tend to use them at my appointments but I found it rather presumptuous and unprofessional to assume that I was going to pay by GV. I’m not sure I would return for a relaxing massage again.
