The salon was busy and running late however no one communicated to me that there would be a delay of over 20mins. Because the treatment started late , it finished late which means the salon was then closed when the treatment ended. No one explained the products used, or attempted to show me products (premusably because the till had ready been balanced). I did rebook, but only because my therapist was amazing with both her customer service and the wonderful treatment I received.

She worked very quickly and the 20 minute appointment took 5. As much as efficiency is a good thing it greatly hurt when she was yanking at the end of my appointment. I have been going here for six years and this made me feel like I wasn't worth having g the appointment because she had better things to do even after calling me day of to change the time of the appointment.

I have been many times for pedicures and always found it relaxing with dimmed lights, music, warmth but this time it was bright and cold. My 50 min treatment that was a gift was over in 35 min. My hubby wasnt happy. Saying that the girl that did it was lovely and she did a good job. Just dont think I will go back.

The beautician was fifteen minutes late, without an apology. The facial was wonderful, however I felt that as soon as I entered the room, I pushed for products to purchase and further services. I felt that lessened my overall experience.

I previously had issues with the north lakes store and hence decided a few years ago not to come back. Two years later and I decided I would try again thinking there most likely would be under new management and new staff. The lady who did my celebrity trio was nice and did the required job. However I go to pure Indulgance for a nice experience with music (there was none) and a head massage whilst my tint is on which I again didn't get. Even though it was on my file. So again now two years later same problem. The staff however were nicer this time than they were last time. I'm not sure I will go back again as the experience after two years was similar service.

I dont feel I really recieved what I had paid for. I didnt get asked what areas of the body I wanted or needed more attention. I didnt get asked on the pressure of my massage.The pressure wasnt strong enough. I felt more like it was being rushed & I didnt quite enjoy it. Im sorry for the bad review, but it felt like it wasted my money a little bit. I paid for a full body massage but didnt recieve a full body massage. The lady was lovely, but I left feeling a little disappointed
