I received the service I booked and no more. This business seems to have a practice of making clients wait. This is the 6th time I've been there - I must be a sucker for punishment but its convenient - and every time I need to wait, even though I'm on time and there's no reason not to take me straight through. Today, one of the three staff members present was using her phone to film the other two promoting a facial special, one would assume for social media. I arrived right on time and apparently looking after me was secondary to finishing their little bit of busy work. The therapist who looked after me did her job - eyebrow wax, eyebrow and eyelash tint - nothing more. She asked what colour I like, I told her that I'd been there several times before and my preferences were recorded but she didn't check. She gave me a head massage while the eyelash tint was working which is fine but shooed me out of the premises without offering me the opportunity to check my appearance and yes, I looked like I'd been pulled through a hedge backwards! I won't be back folks, lift your game.

I had the summer bliss treatment. Overall the treatment was poor, ultimately I got the impression it was a rush to get the treatment done and during my hour I did not feel very relaxed at all. Massage was ok but definitely not something to rave about. During the facial treatment the application of the products was somewhat heavy handed and the removal was even worse. Additionally, there was the constant banging of cupboards when my mask was on. I was very disappointed as I had received a voucher for Christmas which I used. It was a waste of my time as I was looking for a relaxing experience and I felt the treatment was rushed and definitely not relaxing

Appointment was running 20mins late. I had booked an Essential Pedi, eyebrow wax and lash tint, the beautician then said I had been booked in twice for the same eye treatment, then when I mentioned the Essential Pedicure, she said it had not been booked, went out of the room to check, and came back in offering the Foot refresh package. Very disappointing considering the lady who took my booking (Amanda) repeated it back to me, not good service at all, not sure I would go back.

I came in today to revive a eyebrow wax and tint. The lovely lady asked if id like to keep the same shape to which I replied yes. I noticed when I got home that they were now different shapes and widths! I would like this fixed or a full refund

I've been going to your salon for several years now & have always had great service & my treatments have always been great. For some reason my visit on Saturday was not to the standard I would have expected for the price. A couple of things: 1 - the beautician didn't introduce herself, 2 - she seemed very much in a hurry & didn't even ask what colour I have for my eyelashes. 3 - the tint for my eyebrows was put on & wiped straight off (it's usually left a minute or so). 4 - when she waxed my brows, she didn't bother with the outer part so I had to pluck when I got home (too hard to see this in the room), 5 - my eyelash tint wasn't left on long enough so can't even tell, 6 - normally when the tint is on my lashes, I get offered a hand massage or scalp massage but I was offered nothing. Somewhat disappointed on this visit.

Really poor experience, which is sad because I know Pure Indulgence has wonderful services but the Pure Indulgence signature massage is extremely overpriced for what it is, It should not be advertised as an Indian Head Massage because it’s literally just a head scratch... nothing more. I told my therapist I keep tension in my neck and shoulders and that was completely disregarded as she mostly worked on my lower back. As soon as the ‘massage’ was complete, I was overwhelmed with special offers for December and package deals and all this other crap that could have just been said after I was dressed and out of the room and at the front desk. Really really disappointed in My experience at Pure Indulgence North Lakes. Please actually provide the services you outline on your website and in your brochure, an Indian Head Massage is so much more then just a head scratch.
