Was a beautiful experience ... as always at Pure Indulgence!! Kate was full of information for a "beginner microdermabrasion" client. Talked me through the facial and I left feeling amazing. Thanks Kate :)

Therapist was lovely but the treatment was not one of the best I have received from Pure Indulgence. G-String wax was uneven on each side, eyebrow tint did not last as long as it usually does, there were remaining hairs from the eyebrow wax that I plucked myself.

I felt the reception was excellent but the young lass doing the massage needs to be made aware that she must LISTEN to what the client requests. I asked for a RELAXING MASSAGE and received a very heavy intense massage. I realize have that I tension in the neck & shoulder area and prior to the massage commencing I told her that whilst I was tight in this area I did not want to go home feeling sore. At no time did she ask if the pressure was OK and I ended up telling her to stop altogethter on the neck & shoulders area as she would just not ease up the pressure.

The therapist on the phone confirmed my treatments for my booking 3 times, however the therapist doing my treatment confirmed as we entered the room only 1 treatement (eyebrow wax). I corrected her, advising I was having 2 treatments, both eyebrow and a lip wax. I took her verbal acknowledgement as her understanding that I was meant to have the 2 treatments. At the end of the eyebrow treatment, the therapist turned on the lights. I had to ask her who was doing my lip wax? she asked me if I was having that done as well. I said yes. I'm statisfied with my eyebrow treatment, even sided, just what I had asked for. But the lip treatment seemed rushed, there was still hair and left over wax that I had to remove when I arrived home.
