I enjoyed the hot rocks with the massage I felt it helped to loosen my muscles and tension. I also like the lavender aromatherapy it also helps to relax. I have had that previously. So I most definitely get that next time too.

The only issue I have with Pure Indulgence is the change in your policy that Gift Vouchers can no longer be used on a Sunday. MY daughters know that a massage is always a welcome present so I get a few during the year and as I work full time I prefer to use them on a Sunday. I realize that Sunday rates are probably higher but I do think an option should be available to allow me to pay an additional small charge to enable the use on Sunday.

I see Bec at garden city upper level every month. She is amazing; capable, professional and friendly. The waxes are quick and efficient, and the massage I get off Bec every time I visit is just amazing. I have had massages done at many different salons and the one I get from Bec is by far the best. I would highly recommend you have all your therapists learn to do massage in this way. Your treatments are more costly than most other salons but I keep coming back because I believe in paying for quality service. Thank you.
