While my service this morning was adequate I did feel that the therapist was not very experienced, but I was not informed of this before my treatment. The massage was pleasant but the gstring wax was not to my satisfaction. I was reluctant to say anything however , because last time I was charged an extra $15 for a strip of wax to remove stomach hair.

I have always had great experiences with Pure Indulgence. Today's appointment was exceptional! Taylor is friendly, professional and has wonderful attention to detail. She is also very knowledgable about all the wonderful products and I have thoroughly enjoyed every product she has recommended. The therapist I saw was so professional. The experience was as pressurable as it can get. Afterwards she made sure I was happy with what she has done before she left the room. The way the complaint was dealt with was professional and sorted in a friendly manner as you care about client feed back and want the best for everyone who walks in the door. I enjoy going to your clinic as I feel I receive the best treatment there, then anywhere else. Thank you for looking after me, I will see you soon for my next appointment! The beautician was inexperienced with waxing, applied way too much wax to the skin and could not take it off properly. The wax has left a horrible rash on my skin as the inexperienced beautician had to cut the wax off. I've never had such a horrible experience before. There is still a lot of hair left as the beautician could not finish the job as it was way too painful for me. I hope to never experience this again.
