I went to Pure Indulgence Chermside Concept on Easter Saturday. I booked online for a pedicure and wasn't aware of the 15% surcharge! the ladies kindly waved this for me which I was very thankful for. They also validated my gift card which wasn't meant to be done either on a public holiday. They were lovely, helpful, very accommodating. Rooms were beautiful, music was very relaxing. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

I attended another beauty franchise recently and before treatment commenced I completed a quick customer request sheet. Customers had the option of ticking their preference for the amount of talking by the therapist during the treatment eg: minimal talking; no talking at all; talking is fine I was pleasantly surprised by this option and feel the options add to the customer's experience.

Repeatedly I pay for a treatment which never goes for the full time. I'm so sick of bringing this up that I'm considering not coming back, even though the service, products and team are excellent - but knowing that I'm paying for a 1 hour treatment which I NEVER RECEIVE is spoiling the whole experience. I have mentioned this before and have been charged less - but why should I have to haggle over this - your staff should ensure that customers are given what they have paid for. My friend questioned her treatment last week as well and was charged for a 40 minute treatment (which she got) rather than the 60 minute treatment she would have been charged for had she not questioned the time.
