The experience was excellent. The person providing the service was very professional in carrying out the massage and was very happy to provide additional treatment to my lower back which has been giving me trouble. I will return to Pure Indulgence for furhter services.

The therapist who did the pedicure was very professional and lovely and I have nothing negative to say about her but to think I paid $60.00 for work I do at home anyway! A soak for a few minutes, exfoliation for a few minutes, another soak for a few minutes then polish applied!!! Really!!!! My appointment was at 1.40 pm. I looked at my watch as I walked out of the rooms and it was 2.20 pm. What a waste of money. I'm appalled. What a complete rip off. That's more like an express pedi. Hate to think what you charge for the works! Left a very bitter taste for me. I won't come back to Pure Indulgence or recommend it either. Shame on you Pure Indulgence.

A friend recommended the salon and I was most pleasantly surprised when I had a facial there yesterday. I also treated two friends to a treatment as these lovely ladies needed some much deserved pampering and they were both delighted by the service and their beauty treatments.

I had booked for a Hot Stone massage and all over body massage, this experience was amazing. It was after the massage when at reception that the person asked me if I has a Gift Voucher which I had given her when I had first gone in, I said Yes, she searched for the Gift Voucher and could not locate it ,she rudely said did you have a gift voucher to that I responded yes, she responded, well I asked you that the first time. After an amazing massage this soured the entire experience.

I had been given a gift voucher for Mother's Day from my hubby & kids . I wasn't too sure what to expect but I was not disappointed !!! The lovely girl looked after me ....I had an amazing facial & massage . I feel really awful because I can't think of her name I think it was Letita she did give me her card too,which like I do, have put it somewhere special but can't remember where that place is !!! So sorry I can't help you with that info. I was treated like a princess & the lovely girl was so helpful & explained & suggested products for me to use. All in all I loved the whole hing & I will be going back for more !!!!
