The actual facial and naddage was nice, but there was too much upselling and trying to sell products that it ruined the experience a bit.

Had a facial with Emily - she was absolutely amazing and full of knowledge for what my skin needed for todays treatment. What I was originally booked in for was not the treatment I received as Emily looked at my skin profile and knew that service was not right for me. Eat service I have ever had and booked in for 3 more.

Hi - I had a fantastic experience with Jo yesterday at Carindale Concepts store. Felt so restored afterwards. I always have a great experience with the therapists and front counter staff. The only thing that could be improved is better assistance with product use at home. As a regular customer of both products and services - it would be great if I could receive more personalised assistance with home use of products. For people like me, I end up with a lot of products at home and forget how and when to use them. Thanks

This was a birthday gift from a dear friend. My therapist Twee was amazing. I had a facial. It was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. My skin was very dehydrated but after my facial it was very hydrated and I could even notice less fine lines. I would highly recommend this salon and especially the beautiful Twee who is so nurturing and really knows what she is doing. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
