On Tuesday I phoned and moved my appt to 11.30am as I had just seen my dentist and they advised I needed an urgent appt, I phoned PI immediately and changed the appt however when I got to the salon my appt was still in the system as 1.30pm. I had to arrange baby sitters to look after my children to do this appt and then after go to a dental appt in Wynnum. When I got there the girls were very flustered but the Manager resolved it and sent me to another store to have my treatment. Due to the lost time I advised the therapist that I had to shorted the treatment as I had to get to my dentist by 1.20pm in Wynnum and I needed to be dressed and done by 12.50pm so I could pay, get my car and get to wynnum. The therpist said thats fine she would shorten the treatment and when she finished it was 12.57pm. I basically was in such a hurry I almost passed out from getting up so quickly. I also was really turned off as my massage experience was ended with a sales pitch for product and in all honesty this should be something that is done outside once I have had a moment to absord the treatment and appreciate how relaxed I felt. It was stressful from the moment I arrived at the other end with the appointment stuff up and then also to be stressed once the treatment was completed because my therapist went over time after having a discussion on finishing earlier as I needed to be elsewhere.

Although the technician was really lovely I felt the experience was a bit rushed. I have had facials before and I usually come away feeling very relaxed but I felt as though my technician was in a hurry. She even almost forgot to massage my Right arm until I prompted her.

The staff were friendly and the store was nice. I wouldn't go back though because you can get friendly service, a nice environment and a better job done elsewhere. I felt i could have achieved the same result at home by plucking which is what i do in between visiting a salon.

I had made an appointment for 4pm at the Carindale store & received a confirmation od the appointment. When I arrived the staff member had told me that a staff member had called in sick and that she had left a message to advise me of it. I did.not receive any call or message? I really get annoyed when its an outright lie. She was helpful however and got me into the concept store pretty much straight away. Though very busy the girls there were all pleasant.I know some things are out of ones control but be totally transparent amd own it.

My therapist was just okay. I paid extra for an add on, which I wouldn't have minded so much but my 1 hour treatment lasted less than 40 minutes - I was there for 50 minutes total, so factoring in the initial consultation/upsell opportunity and time getting changed. I don't think the photos are necessary unless your customer requests an assessment.

I have been a devoted client of Pure Indulgence Carindale for many many years now and have always been very happy with their level of service. Lately I feel this has dropped off somewhat. Today I paid to have an express manicure on fingernails and buff and polish on toenails. The whole experience was very disappointing. The first colour I chose, had to be removed as the polish was too gluggy and thick. It couldn't be replaced with a new bottle for some reason so I had to choose another colour. The second colour I chose was not much better.... I'd like to point out the problem didn't rest with the girl doing my nails... she did her best with inferior products. I'm considering trying to find somewhere else to go for my treatments in the future.
