I was really disappointed with my eye brow wax. I had asked not to be given that particular person as I was really disappointed last time. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and didn’t want to insult her by saying ‘ I don’t actually want you to wax my brows’ but sadly she did another poor job. Worst ever. Didn’t want her to try and fix them so will go to someone else. Very sad as I have been a very long time customer.
