Comment
The entire customer experience at Portabello is incredible. From the front door to the basin the staff make you feel welcome and at home, they actually engage with you... its like the whole fish philosophy has been adopted by the stylists... "make someones day", "be there", "choose your attitude", and "have fun". Portabello are engaging, they are always "real", the whole experience is customer focussed and personalised.
