Comment
We both did not have our usual stylist and did not feel the same connection. Both my partners and my cuts felt rushed. We usually attend your salon for the complete experience but did not feel as happy with our visit as every other time we have been. We travel quite some distance to attend this salon. It was hard to put our finger on but it just wasn't the same. We on every other occasion feel we get value for money but yesterday felt we didn't. It was like our local salon, rushed through. Very sad as we make our appointment together to have an enjoyable outing but on this occasion it didn't happen. We will be back but hope our next appointment we be like every other time we have been, a fantastic experience.
