Cancellation Policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

Always such a pleasure to have my hair done at Gallo. Been getting my hair done there for many years. Amanda is divine and the best colourist ever. Phillip so lovely and thanks for the great cut. V happy., Francesco and all the staff make the trip to the hairdresser so enjoyable.
