Cancellation Policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

Always such a pleasure to come to the salon, into a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere by Phil and all his employees. Phil just gets it, he is not just technically talented but also pays attention to face shape and neck to make sure the cut complements ones features. He has a good eye and looks at the all over picture rather than just cutting for the sake of it. I had too many hairdressers like that in the past, and am so glad I finally found the one, my hair match. 😊 Highly recommend.
