I was told by 3 salons I could not take the henna out of my hair and maintained a ridiculous stripe for weeks due to this , after gong to OV to have my hair cut and chatting along the way I decided to trust and see how it went to make it look as reasonable fro Christmas as possible. I spoke to Oscar who said Vince had some time due to a cancellation and I was so grateful . Vincent looked after me beautifully, he makes a great latte and more to the point he did what 3 other salons told me could not be done! My hair looks great as the colour is lightened and blended carefully and the regrowth dyed to match the new ash colour, and the cut is fabulous. A big thanks from me and so many people have commented on how much younger I look and what a great job he did... thank you, thank you, thank you... I will be back

Vince, Oscar and the Team are fabulous. Always welcoming, polite, know your name, what you do and don't like. Accommodate client's requests always without a hassle. Never intrude, but happy to let you chat away about all and sundry or sit quietly. Great tea and coffee too, thanks for that.
