I was so happy with my cut. I felt like I was really listened to and the person cutting my hair took the time to explain things in ways we could both understand and agree on. She was really easy to talk to and obviously a very professional hairdresser. I have had heaps of comments on my hair lately and will definitely return to the same person next time.

Honestly the service was really good, but I went in for just a trim, some layers, a wash and blow wave. I would expect this to take 30-45 minutes at the most. This took nearly 2 hours to complete, with interruptions throughout the whole service. If i knew the service was going to take 2 hours, i would have gone somewhere else.

There was a mix up with my appointment day and Nikki was extremely accommodating. Bridgette took the time to go through the colour I wanted, and did an awesome colour! I really appreciated how she took the time to clean the colour off my forehead and around my ears. I love the cut Nikki did. They are both friendly, warm and professional. I could not be happier with the service they both provided.
