I have been a client of New Image Salon for more than a decade which I think speaks volumes of the friendly atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. I look forward to my regular visits and are always welcomed with a friendly smile. One of my favourite experiences is enjoying the magic hands of the stylists as I drift off while having my hair washed. The old adage rings true that 'you get what you pay for' I always know I will walk out more than satisfied. I also love the fact they confirm your appointment(via sms)two days prior to you visit, just to make sure you remember. The salon stocks all the major brands of hair care, and they are more than willing to advise if needed.

The incessant piped music is often too loud, making conversation with one's hairdresser difficult.

I have been to New Image Salon for 17 years and has never left the Salon unhappy. Jose is amazing with hair and you will always leave happy

I have been into your waxing room for an eyebrow waxing session, it is very dirty. I never go back for another eyebrow waxing session again. Terrific experience with hair cut always.

I am a most satisfied long time client. Jose is awesome! Very friendly and helpful staff especially when I have the need to change my appointment. I probably could get a cheaper cut elsewhere but I doubt if the satisfaction level will be the same.

One of the best things about a salon visit is the head massage as the colour is emulsified or the treatment is taking time to work...but the experience is rarely consistent as many simply circle in small movements that pull the hair .. Or when they dry your hair, they scrunch the hair so tightly it feels like its pulling the hair out from the roots...so perhaps spending some extra time building these skills would help.
