So disappointed today. Never had a bad experience at New Image before but I went it with thick bushy eyebrows and have come out with practically no eyebrows left. So so upset!! My new barely there brows are uneven, thin, so far apart I look like a fish and nothing like what they were before.

Haven't used the beautician waxing eyebrows today. Absolutely horrible job. Eyebrows aren't even. Not likely to return, if that is the quality of the work.

Eyebrow waxed - uneven (long on one side short on the other), shape not natural, left a lot of wax in brow.

Went from perfect shaped eyebrows that needed tidying up, to a complete joke of a job. I don't even have a shape anymore and one eyebrow is so thin, you can hardly see it! Won't be returning.

Honestly the service was really good, but I went in for just a trim, some layers, a wash and blow wave. I would expect this to take 30-45 minutes at the most. This took nearly 2 hours to complete, with interruptions throughout the whole service. If i knew the service was going to take 2 hours, i would have gone somewhere else.
