The colour service was great, my only concern was a real lack of knowledge re how to style really curly hair. The staff were lovely, it's really just a training issue.

I was absolutely freezing in there today. The cape helped a bit but still not sure why it needed to be so cold in there. It wasn't a hot day outside.

Received a free birthday treatment/blow dry which was very generous of Miss Gertrude. Overall good experience but some feedback - there was no head massage with the treatment, the water used to wash the treatment was an inconsistent temperature (too hot/too cold) and the blow dry was painful (tugging very hard at the hair).

The stylist said "I'm going to give you a hair treatment now" and I said "ok". I did not realise that it would cost me money. You should have made that clear, because I felt like I had been deceived.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive the cut which I was wanting. I showed a photo and we discussed it but the result was very different
