Great experience overall. Every single team member was friendly and inviting. My only feedback is that while the water when washing the hair is a great temperature, the toner is freezing cold,, and to sit there for a few minutes with that on left my scalp numb. That along with a sore neck from sitting at the basin wasn't too pleasant. This meant the amazing head massage at the end was pointless as I was uncomfortable and could barely feel it! The girl was great asking me how my neck was for the first 5 minutes- which at that stage it was ok, it was toward the end where I could have used a towel. My advice is to just out an extra towel down for comfort in the first place. However this was only a small part of my whole experience, and nothing I haven't had the same issues with in previous salons. I will be recommending to others! Thankyou
