I have been coming to miss Gertrude for some time now and really enjoy the service. Unfortunately this is the first time I’m unhappy. Very unhappy with my haircut. Would have to say worst haircut I’ve ever had. Reminds me of the Rachel cut from the 90s or a mullet I’m not quite sure. Also the blow dry was terrible. I was so embarrassed that I had to go out in public when I left.

Great service only problem was that I was disappointed when I booked to have a particular staff member do my hair but then got someone else.
