First time with Fiona, she was fantastic! Helped me with education about how to look after my hair, gave me advice while styling it on what would work but for my hair while still getting the same kind of end result that I was hoping for. Very friendly, not pushy. Would 100% come back for her and recommend her to others too

I got quite a drastic chop to my hair and Ash absolutely slayed it. This was my first time going to Miss Gertrude and meeting ash but I had my full trust in her. We had great chats and I got some prosecco and popcorn. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Overall an awesome experience and I will definitely be back.

I had my hair done today by Fiona. In 35 years of trying to deal with frizzy/wavy thick hair I have never had such a thorough, knowledgeable hair cut. The final result has blown me away; it’s perfect. I’ve already booked in again with Fiona and can’t wait! Thank you so much.
