I made a drop-in visit today on my day off work and was lucky to get an appointment with the very talented and lovely Dom. Dom was so lovely from start to finish, listened intently to my hair wants and gave me a terrific cut, with increased volume and face framing pieces as requested. I was also offered a drink upon arrival and Dom also gave me the most incredible head massage. Thank you Dom! I'll definitely be back.

I have visited Miss Gertrude salon three times and have really enjoyed the overall experience. Each hair dresser has been very knowledgeable and able to deliver a fantastic hair cut. I will definitely come back again and recommend them to everyone I know. :)

I’ve never been so disappointed in my haircut, which is difficult because the hairdresser was so lovely. I don’t think he understands contemporary hair styles. I wanted to keep my hair long but now have very short layers. I now have The Rachel, a hair cut popular in the late 90s. For $180 I’m devastated and will now have to spend more money at another salon getting it fixed - a cunty bob (I doubt the hairdresser even knows what that means). The space was cold with horrible techno music. There was only one other client and I should have known this was not a successful popular salon. I’d love a partial refund but doubt that’s an option.
