My family and myself always come home disappointed with the apprentice washing our hair at the basin area. We have tried hard to appreciate the gentle, person he is but at the end of the day, we do not want to walk away with markings on our face that we had our colour done that day or not a good, wash at the basin. My hairdresser is a 10, in my books, and that is why I have put up with it, sorry to say.

As a non-regular customer I felt that I did not receive the same level of service as frequent patrons. This was not a serious matter, just little things such as not being offered a beverage as others were. I find the quality of the hair styling and cut at Marzi excellent, as are the majority of the staff, but little things such as this become quite glaring when other patrons there at the same time as you are being shown the utmost hospitality. Not really a complaint- just something for the staff to be aware of.

I appreciate the hospitality and convenience of your place, and enjoy having my hair trimmed by you. May be a drink would be nice, particularly at 10.30 am, in the morning.

Overall the environment in this salon is positive, people are always helpful and polite. Service is excellent, they always try to fit you in, even though they might be fully booked. All staff I tried (Maria, Christina and the boss which I don't remember his name) were all good and talented. One thing I think can be improved is related to bookings. It happened to me that I wanted to book but I couldn't because it was Monday or at times that the salon was closed. (Being busy sometimes make it hard to contact the salon). Being able to make bookings online at any time will add great value to the business.

The last visit I had with Marzi salon was great. But the previous few I fealt were not so good. It was a bit too cold in the salon, the pricing remains similar whether I have a foil/colour visit or a foil/colour plus cut, which I found is a bit too pricey for just a dry cut especially when I ask for a proper cut. This time round I was happy with my cut as it was actually cut properly not just dried cut or just straight across the length.

Vince is very professional and takes the time to listen to your requests and gives his advice. I am very happy to have my hair done there but have a half hour drive to get there. Great environment, pleasant staff and am a pleased customer.
