I travel way out of my area to come to zinc Norwood as I first experienced their wonderful service at Hove.The staff are friendly and welcoming and there’s always a cup of tea or coffee offered. I have never been kept waiting any more than a couple of minutes. I have been particularly happy with Gemma washing and blow drying my hair as she listens to what I want and don’t want .I also like Gemma.s friendly and professional approach to her work.
