I had to wait 25mins for a 15mins hair cut, which pissed me off. Apart from that, top place, top staff, top cut.

Although I was happy with the end result of the cut and blow wave received, I did feel that I was just a 'number'. My presence was largely ignored, I wasn't offered a glass of water even ( it was 33 degrees outside). I came out feeling I had been processed on a mini production line. I don't expect special treatment but I do expect some courtesy. No one spoke to me apart from directing me from basin to station. There was an air of irritation between the staff with one junior copping flack which I find distasteful in front of clients. Would I go back?? Probably not.
