I had a one hour relaxation massage, for $100 I personally expect an ambient environment with out the chatter of the other therapists and clients. Draping wasn't good enough. The massage therapist was sniffing all the way through the massage and even though she had a nice demeanour the massage didn't feel as though she was qualified. I really hope Just you pick up there standards for their new premise at the quarter.

For the first time in all my years coming to this salon I left feeling upset and hurt. Upon having my treatment, a young lady walked in to restock..she also offered me a drink which I thought was lovely. Upon her leaving, my therapist apologised for this young girls "rude behaviour" as she had no right to walk in mid treatment. I was quite taken aback by the comment and said I had no problem with it and that it was fine. I was promptly told that it is not good enough and I shouldn't be ok with it!! I believe it is up to me whether something is an issue for me or not. A little further in to my treatment there were other clients talking both on a phone and to their consultants, again not an issue for me. However an important call came through on my phone that I had to take, I was promptly told to be quiet by my consultant due to other clients...this upset me greatly and it made me feel disrespected and I felt as if I had been scolded like a child. I left without rebooking as I normally do as I was and still am thrown and hurt by what happened.

Nearly 3 hours for a colour and trim , only one stylist working and didn't feel very well looked after. When I went up to pay, the girls were more interested in placing an order for bobby pins than looking after me. Definately won't be having my hair done there again

Friendly staff. I showed hairdresser a picture of the colour I was hoping for or similar plus a toner would probably be needed as I am blonde and we agreed. This was a difficult conversation as she could hardly speak English, but she knew what I was asking for. This was my first blonde hair colouring in over 20yrs without a toner used. My hair was reddish/bronze afterwards, I asked her what no toner needed? I all I get is a confusing response of needing foils then toner put on?? I may not of had foils but a blonde colour either way must have a toner after colouring!!!!! I’m so sorry but Unfortunately not happy and won’t be coming back. Unfortunately my eyebrows are now ruined and my eyelids are burnt from the wax. Very disappointed as i was not asked what i wanted before she went to town on my brows. They are also uneven.
