Had a full leg and Brazilian wax and whilst the therapist was lovely, the wax was way to hot and instead of turning it down she was blowing on the wax and then blowing on my Brazilian area to cool the wax down which made me feel very uncomfortable. They also double dip and reuse the same stick for the whole Brazilian area. Hygiene standards are not very high at this place and they should know better than to reuse spatulas.

Eye brows - service, poor! holly spoke about her personal issues which resulted in the attached photo. Very poor quality. Shellac hands and feet - not the best but did okay. Very nice ladies, sorry I forgot their names. Customer service was at a high standard with these ladies which diminished the quality of work. Reception - very rude and overly loud. Did not appreciate her service as the face of this salon.

Friendly staff. I showed hairdresser a picture of the colour I was hoping for or similar plus a toner would probably be needed as I am blonde and we agreed. This was a difficult conversation as she could hardly speak English, but she knew what I was asking for. This was my first blonde hair colouring in over 20yrs without a toner used. My hair was reddish/bronze afterwards, I asked her what no toner needed? I all I get is a confusing response of needing foils then toner put on?? I may not of had foils but a blonde colour either way must have a toner after colouring!!!!! I’m so sorry but Unfortunately not happy and won’t be coming back. Thanks for the kindness of all and wish you all the best.
