l had eyelash extensions done, twice due to them falling out....twice?? l spoke to the Manager and was told l would be able to get another service of my choice so l rang a week or so later to organise this and was told it would have to be varified by manager and l would be contacted..that was about two weeks ago now, lm still waiting...........
