Hi I wanted to come in and see you today, but I am busy at work atm. I went to have a dermabrasion on Saturday and my chin was scratched in the process. This was quite painful at the time and especially that night and as you can see there is a little bit of scabbing from the scratches. On a positive note, I did appreciate the hand/arm massage while the cream was applied, soaking, after the dermabrasion.

Staff need to be more personable ie be able to hold a conversation, smile and make eye contact when a customer enters the salon.

Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this salon after being a customer for over 10 years. Although the therapist was friendly I didn't see her for the first 10 minutes of my appointment. I was shown in to the room by the girl at reception and left waiting for the spa pedicure. When she did start she was quite rough to the point of me pulling my foot away and saying 'ouch'. The nail polish wasn't put on neatly and she used her own nails to scrape away the excess polish on each toe. There is still polish over the cuticles. Once the nail polish was on, the therapist left to clean her tools and left me saying she would return to take the tissue dividers from my toes or another lady would. I waited and waited but no one came back. I just let myself out of the room and then waited to pay. My feet are stinging and the nail polish application just looks so average. What a disappointment and a waste of $75.

$70 to have my nails painted was redicilous! They were filled and painted with a but of oil on my arms at the end. My middle fingers look entirely different to each other as they were not maintained the nail bed before applying polish which is half the reasoning for a manicure. The walls not going to the roof has got me! You can hear entire conversations from the room next to you.
