Comment
I was nervous about going to a new salon, as I usually get haircuts once a year when I go home to where I grew up. However, from the start of my appointment, Ken put me at ease. He carefully looked over my hair and asked about my usual curl routine and what I'd like for my hair. I felt confident that he'd take care of my hair. This was a great experience and I am grateful to have found a salon now that I live in Melbourne.
