I have been having my hair done at Insignia Hair and Day Spa for a few years now. I, like many women, am very fussy when it comes to my hair so I was very pleased to find someone that I can trust with both colour and cuts. I walk out of there feeling brand new every time I visit. My husband and my daughter also have hair cuts there. I have gotten to know nearly all the girls names who work there and it's so nice when I walk in and they all say hello with a lovely smile. I look forward to my visit very time! Well done Amanda and the team. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Alana did a great job on my hair - I was really pleased. She listened to what I wanted and was efficient and timely while making sure I was satisfied. I also got my eyebrows waxed for the first time in years (after a really bad experience)and was so happy with the result. I was listened to and my concerns were unwarranted - I walked away feeling so satisfied. I wouldnt hestitate to recommend the salon for both hair and beauty. I have been visiting Insignia for about 3 years now. I have received nothing BUT impeccable service from Amanda and her staff during that time. I work directly with the public and get so many nice comments about my hair even from men. I have referred a few friends to the Salon and recently bought another one of my beautiful friends a voucher for her 40th birthday so she too can enjoy the experience. Hi there, I got a package done which included hair colour, treatment, style advice, cut and style. I was very happy with everything in the package except the cut. I felt the cut was very rushed and it certainly looks like it was. Since the package I have been tying my hair up to hide the cut and once it grows I will be getting it fixed up with a different hair dresser. I am disappointed that this one thing has turned me off Insignia as everything else was great.

I have had my hair coloured, cut and styled by both Emma and Simone. Both are friendly and experienced hairdressers. The salon is modern and clean with the latest in hair care products and prices are reasonable. I also like that Insignia has a Facebook page so that you can read other customer comments, get offered great deals and see pix of recent styles by the salon. I have already referred the salon to my mum who now attends with me and is equally happy with the Insignia team.
